  • Accountant (Based in Guangzhou)

    职责描述:

    • 负责审核报销凭证及入账内容;
    • 负责参与区域内项目组及社会组织的的财务检查及财务评估;
    • 负责广东代表处凭证的整理、装订及档案管理;

  • ASP.NET Software Engineer (Based in Guangzhou ,one year contract)

    职责描述:

  • Program Officer / Assistant Program Officer (Children-in-Ministry Department)(Station in Guangzhou)

    Purpose of the position:

    The position supports the design and implementation of Technical Programmes in areas of Child Protection, Education and Lifeskills and child participation in WV project areas. The position has to support Technical Lead to coordinate and develop capacity building for field operations and local partners for effective activity implementation. The position has to work closely with departments (including DME and Advocacy) in WV China and on quality programming and on identifying potential partnership with technical expects in Mainland.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical input in specific subject matters in Child Protection, Lifeskills education and child participation

    • Capacity building for staff and other stakeholders matters in Child Protection, Lifeskills education and child participation

    • Identify and engage with partners at local and international level for project implementation

    • Design, implement, monitor and evaluate special funded projects that are addressing specific issues of children with vulnerabilities (e.g. child-focused programming, disability, children in crisis programming and children in emergencies).

    • Support/development of training modules, tools and guidelines to support Child protection and education programming

    • Identify new project initiatives, support the preparation of proposals and communicate with local partners

    • Identify and engage in higher level collaboration with provincial partners, INGOs, and LNGOs in mainstreaming of WV’s programmes

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree or above in Policy, Public Administration, Social Sciences or equivalent fields, preferably focusing in child welfare and development, social work

    • Minimum 5 years of experience working (including project management) in specific technical subject matters (e.g. Education & Life Skills, Child Protection etc) or children related services.

    • Knowledge in planning of training outlines, preparing training materials and conducting training to sectoral practitioners (teachers, CBO workers and government officials)

    • Knowledge in the development and contextualization of programming tools and activity guidance in the subject matter

    • Strong skills for relating and working with children

    • Understand issues on the education, child protection, children development and child rights in Asia and international context and relationship to policies in China

    • Knowledge of project management and experience in project design and proposal development

    • Proactive and dedicated to coach a team of technical specialists who are with different cultural and technical background

    • Strong skills for relating and working with children

    • Self-motivated, good management (including time management and self-management skills) and organizational skills.

    • Good command in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English

    • Frequent travel within China is needed

    • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Program Officer.

  • 社区发展促进员(驻云南元谋县)

    职责描述:

    • 负责对上级所指定的项目进行管理,包括统筹、计划、执行项目活动、监测与评估, 以求达到预期项目目标;并在过程中与技术部门协调。

    • 采用机构的工作方法,如Development Programme Approach (DPA),透过与社区共同探讨、了解及关心社区与当地儿童的生活情况及需要,促进社区与政府伙伴在儿童为本的发展中积极参与; 催化社区工作,有明确的行动、监测、评估计划,及时掌握项目村的发展情况,直接提交或协助提交项目计划书;
    • 明白儿童为本儿童福祉 (CWBO) 的项目概念,提高合作伙伴的参与发展意识;推动儿童与其社区参与到项目活动的设计与实施中。在所实施的项目中,监测社区的儿童状况、儿童参与和受益情况
    • 与各级政府/合作单位/本地组织建立良好的合作关系,共同协助社区实施儿童为本的项目活动,建立和提升社区在儿童福祉达成的能力;

  • 社区发展促进员(驻陕西铜川耀州)

    职责描述:

     

    1. 负责对上级所指定的项目(TP /TP)进行管理,包括统筹、计划、执行项目活动、监测与评估, 以求达到预期项目目标;并在过程中与技术部门协调。

  • Children In Ministry (CIM) Officer

    Purpose of the position:

    The position supports the design and implementation of Technical Programmes in areas of Child Protection, Education and Life Skills and Child Participation in WV project areas.  The position has to support Technical Lead to coordinate and develop capacity building for field operations and local partners for effective activity implementation.  The position has to work closely with departments including Design/Monitoring/Evaluation (DME) and Advocacy in WV China and on quality programming and on identifying potential partnership with technical expects in Mainland.

  • Assistant DME (Design Monitoring and Evaluation) Officer (Station in Tianjin or the city nearby or Beijing or Xian)

    Purpose of the position:

     

    He/she will assist DME Officer to conduct LEAPification in A&D, baselines, monitoring and evaluations and collaborate with ADPs for documentation of LEAP/IPM.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist DME leader to provide technical assistance on A&D, baselines and evaluations with WV standards and accountability measures.
    • Help to ensure a sound monitoring system and maintenance of monitoring quality.
    • Cooperate with other offices of WVC to ensure contextualization of WVI new initiatives in the field.
    • Assist ADPs in documentation of information related to LEAP/IPM processes in a timely manner.

    Requirements:

    • Degree holder in community development and project management, or with related background in economics, sociology, social work, anthropology, geography or environment sciences, etc. Master degree is preferred.
    • 2 years of experience in development work or relevant work.
    • Practical experience to conduct Baseline survey, design, Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools.
    • Skills on designing qualitative data collection methodology, tools, analysis techniques and result interpretation.
    • Knowledge of poverty, development, participation, community mobilization.
    • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English is essential.
    • Ability to work gracefully under pressure.
    • Knowledge on SPSS, MS Access, Epi Info is preferable.
    • Good training/facilitation skills in leading workshops and training.
    • Frequent travel to different project sites in China is required.
    • Candidates with more experience will be considered as DME Officer.
